Deposit & Appointment Policy

 

Please read carefully.

As a first-time guest of Enchanting Salon Boutique, a deposit is required to reserve your appointment.  Deposits secure your selected appointment time and will be applied toward your final service total at checkout.

Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy

​

Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

 

If a deposited appointment is rescheduled the original deposit is forfeited and a new deposit is required to reserve another appointment.

​

Current guests who cancel within 24 hours or fail to attend a scheduled appointment are subjected to the

following fees:

​

• Hair Services - $40

• Chemical Services - $60

• Chemical Services with Hair Services - $100 

 

Outstanding fees must be paid prior to booking future appointments. ​

Your stylist will contact you by confirming deposits & your appointment.
