DEPOSIT REQUIRED FOR 1ST TIME CLIENTS & MISSED APPOINTMENT

No Exceptions to our Policy

Please read carefully.

Effective August 2024, please be advised of our new deposit policy as a 1st time guest to Enchanting Salon Boutique. Deposits will be required to set and secure appointments on any service online, by phone, or in person. Deposits will be adjusted on final checkout after receiving service or services. DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE OR TRANSFERABLE once deposit is processed and appointment booked with stylist. Canceling your appointment once the deposit is received, you forfeit the deposit. If booking online, Salon Stylist must validate and confirm the scheduled time slot with the deposit received to secure the requested appointment. If no deposit is made, your appointment will be removed from the calendar. Deposits are to protect our Stylist when booking their time and to guarantee your time slot. Both parties are held accountable to ensure the best experience when visiting Enchanting Salon Boutique.

Once deposit is accepted, should you need to reschedule you will lose your deposit and another deposit will be required to book for another time.

As a current Guest-No-Shows or Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a Fee does not go towards services of $40.00 (Hair Services) or $60.00 (Chemical Services)or (Spa Services) and $100 (Chemical w/ Hair Service) be paid prior to Re-book .
